We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Change Communication Analyst with a strong track record in leading and delivering communication programs. A pragmatic approach and proven ability to hit the ground running and be a self-starter will ensure you are set up for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and co-ordinate communication events.
- Collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders to formulate change management plans and activities.
- Develop, implement and communicate communication strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication channels and tactics.
- Maintain a stakeholder engagement matrix of key stakeholders, their communication preferences and work locations.
- Research, write, edit and measure communications and collateral.
- Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure communications are in
- Accordance with corporate brand, language and style guidelines and governance.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations or comparable field with some relevant experience, or with relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience writing, editing and developing communication campaigns and collateral to a diverse audience, across multiple communication channels.
- Experience using the communication and collaboration functionality in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is desirable.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships to achieve optimum stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated understanding of change management practices and frameworks (e.g. PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership or Prosci).
- Proven ability to work effectively within an outcome-focused and team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Outstanding ability to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels
- High level ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively (both written and verbal)
