In this exciting 14-month fixed-term role, you will be working on OneSky program. This $1.2 Billion project is the most complex transformation of an Air Traffic Management system in aviation history. OneSky will establish, commission and support a Civil Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) and revolutionise existing Air Traffic Management technology.

A true once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a unified solution for the future Air Traffic Management needs. This high-profile project has the world watching in excited anticipation to see its success.

The primary focus of the Project Support Team Leader is to hands-on support AMS project to deliver on their requirements to our customers and to manage a small Project Co-ordinator team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the resourcing of the team and oversee the teams' operation and performance
- Stakeholder management and ensure a customer-centric experience
- Maintain project focused customer records and file management system
- Create and maintain a project focused project data repository
- Maintain the integrity of the configuration records and their traceability and history
- Assist with the production of regular Dashboards, Metrics, Project Status Reports, and CSR reports
- Participate in and action/decision tracking, department, team, project, project review and customer meetings
- Manage templates at launch of a project, including plans, tender documentation, presentations, tables and report
- Manage purchase requisitions and goods receipts for department and project

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary education in Business Administration
- Must have experience in a similar role, a Data Management role or equivalent
- Leadership experience in managing a small team
- Experience working as part of a team in technology-based projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high attention to detail
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strongly focused and self-motivated
