Singing/Piano Teacher And Violin Teacher

We are looking for a Singing/Piano teacher to join our Academy in 2025

**Both positions include**:

- Super guarantee paid on top of base rate.
- Steady work schedule through the year. (Our studio is open all year aside for a short shut down period from 15th of December to 15th of January)
- Between 2-5 teaching days a week.
- Looking to fill shifts on Monday and/or Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Open to discussion.

**ABOUT THE ACADEMY**

Replay Music Academy is a music and performing arts studio providing individual and group music lessons on a variety of instruments. We are looking for new teachers to join our staff.

Our mission is to provide quality music tuition and industry training to our student base through support, nurture and inspiration.

**In this role, you will**:

- Teach students in a one-on-one lesson structure with optional group lesson opportunities tailoring their lessons to their age, skill level, needs, and musical goals.
- Set and communicate with students and parents, progress and practise expectations.
- Guide students through our outcome based curriculum and develop your own lessons.
- Communicate with our team and the director about student progress and studio operations.
- Support students at concerts
- Take student attendance

- Excellent communication skills including communication regarding students' progress and studio operations to students, parents, and our director/administration.

Your highest priority is service, clients, and their care to help create a amazing experience for our students. This includes anticipating and adapting to their needs in every interaction with clients.

**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: 35 Interlink Drive, Craigieburn 3059

**Start date**:From Monday 20th of January.

Our studio is open year round with a 1 month break from Mid-Dec to Mid-Jan. We do not close over the school holidays.

**Hours of Work**: Generally 3-5 hour shifts - 3-8pm Weekdays and 9am - 2pm Saturday's.

**Classification**: Miscellaneous Award - MA000104 with steady work available 2-5 nights a week 48 weeks of the year.

We pay above the award rate.

**Rate of Pay**:$32-38 an hour + Super - TBD based on experience and qualifications. (Super is paid on top of your hourly rate).

**Teachers must have or obtain before work commencement**:

- WWC - Working With Childrens Check
- TFN - Tax File Number
- The authorisation to work in Australia
- Instrument/s you can teach and to what approximate level.
- Any qualifications or exams in music.
- Any previous teaching experience you have (If applicable)

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
