**Your Impact**

As our Digital Product Delivery Lead, you'll coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital products, campaigns, activations, and consumer-facing platforms that support Asahi's brand and trade activities.

In this hands-on delivery role, you'll work closely with Brand, Trade, Digital and Agency teams to plan sprints, manage backlogs, lead sprint ceremonies, and keep projects on track. You'll proactively manage timelines, identify delivery risks early, and keep key stakeholders informed throughout.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination and project delivery experience who is confident leading Agile ways of working and enjoys driving digital projects forward in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives across digital projects.
- Work closely with internal teams, capability leads, and agency partners to translate campaign requirements into clear delivery plans.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
- Track delivery progress, prepare status updates, and escalate risks where needed.
- Support development of consumer journeys and campaign workflows.
- Assist with delivery reporting, risk registers, KPIs and ongoing optimisation of delivery processes.

**About You**
- 3-4 years experience in digital product delivery or similar roles.
- Confident facilitating and managing Agile delivery cycles and rituals.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong problem solver who can quickly identify risks and work with teams to resolve blockers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Jira, Asana or other project management tools.
- Experience within FMCG, digital marketing or trade environments is highly regarded.
