About Agile Roles

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to join our team.

This role will involve tracking sprint progress, reporting impediments, and managing timelines. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Design (UX) and platform teams throughout the entire end-to-end feature build phases.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end planning and delivery of squads/s, leading and facilitating quarterly planning for all squads, initiating strong stakeholder communication, championing continuous improvement, collecting and utilising data, coaching squads on Agile ways of working, guiding the team on self-organising, partnering with product management, and removing impediments.

You will require a minimum of 3+ years IT/Digital platform delivery experience, expertise in Digital teams and Agile ways of working, experience in software development process, online design and usability principles, and Iteration Manager certification.

  • Achieve business objectives by translating them into coherent delivery plans.
  • Facilitate Scrum Cadences such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint planning, Review & Showcases.
  • Enable teams to manage technology platform risk through continued uplift in security and obsolescence footprint.
  • Partner with other technology teams for customer release activities.
  • Lead project vendor relationships and dependencies.
