We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Assistant Store Manager
to support the success of our Capalaba store. This is your opportunity to inspire a team, drive sales, and deliver memorable customer experiences in a values-driven environment.
Your impact
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
Lead by example to motivate and coach your team towards sales and service goals
Build genuine, lasting customer relationships through a personalised approach
Maintain exceptional store presentation and uphold operational standards
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture where people and performance thrive
What you bring
Previous retail leadership or senior sales experience
Experience selling jewellery is an advantage although not essential
Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and lead by example
A proactive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
