Experience and Qualifications
· The successful applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in a drafting and/or Architectural design position.
· Must be proficient in Revit and a sound knowledge of Lumion visualisation software.
· Sound knowledge of National Construction Codes.
· Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
· Prepare, edit and revise building documentation.
· Required to work on a variety of bespoke and rewarding design projects including new residences, renovations and unit developments.
· Liaise with clients, different consultants and council.
· Develop and document architectural concepts for building approval in consultation with the design team.
Research building regulations and codes of practice.
· Site measure studies.
· Collaborate in our team environment.
