**About the Job**:
C & K Tiling Pty Ltd is one of Queensland's largest commercial tiling contractors also offering services in engineering design and construction.

As our team grows, we are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Architectural Draftsperson who is excited to support us in modelling and drawing commercial and residential buildings for construction.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of architectural experience
- Relevant qualifications in Architectural Drafting or Architecture (diploma or higher)
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Outstanding project experience from design to documentation
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, methods, and materials involved in the production and construction of residential and commercial homes.
- Ability to engage and work with external consultants
- Exceptional architectural eye for design
- Flexible and capable to work on multiple projects

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Prepare preliminary and progressive sketches and complete architectural drawings and specifications within designated time frames;
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure workflow practices meet deadlines;
- Liaise with construction managers, architects and surveyors in planning;
- Administer all design related paperwork and submission of relevant forms;
- Follow up on design submissions and quote amendments.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary package of $70 000 base + super.
