
Team Leader, Legal Solutions Sales Anz

Are you seeking a new Sales Leadership role? Do you have people management skills, connections and experience selling to large law and/ or in house corporate teams?
This position will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of BDMs to aggressively meet sales, revenue, retention and organizational objectives. You will be accountable for their new business territory and will design and develop strategies to increase market share in both legal practice and corporate segments.
You'll also be accountable for developing and nurturing C-Level business relationships, thought leadership & ensuring high profile legal brand of TR in legal markets.
**About the Role**
As Team Leader, Legal Solutions Sales ANZ you will:
- Lead a small team of BDMs ensuring that that both personal and team revenue targets are met and over-achieved; Create a positive and high performance culture and sales environment.
Act as Player Coach to support and train the team in sales methodologies ensuring best practice is embedded.
- Work with Sales leadership to identify and plan how to remedy any areas of risk that may pose a threat to the achievement of the agreed goals.
- Build and maintain collaborative and mutually supporting relationships with other key stakeholders, colleagues and senior leaders as required.- Research and understand the market including competitor analysis; Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the external industry environment and internal systems and products to support your team in providing an exceptional customer experience and to maximise sales opportunities.- Lead Thought Leadership events leveraging the extensive material available within the organisation.- Ensure that all daily transaction requirements, administrative tasks, reporting and other such tasks are carried out in accordance with TR policy and practices; Maintain detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting
**About you**:
You're a fit for the Team Leader, Legal Solutions Sales ANZ role if you have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Legal Solutions market- Ability to lead, mentor, coach and develop others leading to successful achievement of planned objectives and outcomes- Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills and the ability to influence people at all levels- Demonstrated passion to work in a high achievement, sales-focused, outcome-driven team- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities to cross sell solutions- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- Ability to achieve outcomes with mínimal direction- Maintain knowledge of internal business systems and products and ensures the team are fully trained to maximise all sales opportunities- Ability to navigate and manage change and deal effectively with ambiguity- Ability to be proactive and demonstrate effective business planning skills
