**The Role**:
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team working on Wednesdays and providing coverage on other days as needed due to illness or time off. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us over the phone. You will support our clinical team by managing patient appointments, answering inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments for patients with allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times
- Process patient intake forms and documents, and update patient information.
- Experience billing WorkCover, Health Insurance, and Medicare
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointment scheduling
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the clinic
- Assist with content creation for the clinic, to enhance our online presence and patient engagement

**What We Are Looking For**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare or allied health sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed attitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
