Role
Corymbia State School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Safety and Injury Management Advisor to join our foundational team.
As a new school committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, this role is vital in establishing and maintaining robust health, safety, and injury management systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Maintain connection to the Health and Safety Advisor/Representatives by playing an active role in Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W).
Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits and contribute to the implementation of identified corrective actions.
Provide operational guidance and advice regarding HS&W including injury management to effect improvements in HS&W performance.
Monitor and report on incidents from MyHR Workplace Health & Safety, to identify new or emerging issues, risks or trends and recommend strategies for improvement and corrective actions.

Qualifications / What you'll bring
Experience in health, safety and injury management; ability to provide guidance and advice to improve HS&W performance.
Ability to monitor incidents and identify risks or trends; develop corrective actions.
