OverviewAWS is hiring a Security Consulting Leader to help our customers and partners develop technical security expertise and capacity, deliver security advice and architecture guidance, lead proof-of-concept projects, and drive security outcomes for cloud migrations and workloads.
The role specialises in information/cyber security management and business and regulatory compliance using cloud services in large-scale environments.
Must hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance.ResponsibilitiesManage key customer relationships and deliver security advice and architecture guidance.Lead proof-of-concept projects and customer engagements.Collaborate with customers to address security risk and achieve security outcomes; implement and migrate customer solutions and workloads onto cloud.Coach and mentor others to develop technical capacity and continuous improvement.Apply security architecture, automation, and deployment practices (DevOps) to cloud adoption and security programs.Basic Qualifications7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience10+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience5+ years of cloud-based solution, system, network and operating system experience7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experienceBachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experiencePreferred QualificationsIndustry security qualifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, IRAP assessor, etc.)Job DetailsJob ID: A3050602Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting, Information Technology, and EngineeringIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingEEO StatementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
