- We're on the hunt for Front of House staff & Baristas to join us at North Street Store
- Open 8.00am - 3.00pm, 7 Days per week
- Full-time and casual positions with availability on at least one weekend day is essential

North Street Store is your go-to neighbourhood corner store. From the people that started the cinnamon scroll craze in Perth, we also serve our community their morning coffee, burgers, pies, salads, rolls, baked treats including our wide range of fresh breads. The food we produce is real, wholesome and delicious offered at a fair price to ensure our community is always well nourished. Our mission is to help create a world where people eat better.

We are seeking Front of House staff & Baristas to serve exceptional coffee to our customers. Our passionate people drive the success of our food business and we are on the hunt for our next dedicated team members to join us. **Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a Barista, ideally in the specialty coffee market
- Great at customer service and work well in a team environment
- Knowledge around the different types of coffee products so that you can consult with your customer to deliver on their wants and needs
- You believe in delivering the best customer experience and creating great relationships
- Welcoming and serving customers, assisting with enquiries
- Opening and closing the store
- General cleaning and stocking of display fridges
- Contributing to the positive vibe of our team

**What will you be doing?**

**Barista**
- Slinging quality coffees with fresh beans from Karvan
- Equipment calibration and monitoring of volumetrics throughout each shift (grind, pour etc)
- Clean, maintain and generally look after all coffee equipment
- Work within a close team lead by our Head Barista
