As a Sales Consultant, you will represent the company and our products to both existing and potential customers in order to achieve and exceed the company's sales expectations.

You will be supported with training, guidance, and support from a team of knowledgeable lighting specialists.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Servicing and liaising with an existing set of clients (mainly Electrical Engineers, Lighting Designers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Electrical Contractors and Electrical Wholesalers) in the State of Victoria
- Seeking, establishing and developing a new network of clients, utilising resources of your own and ones provided by the business.
- Communicating with clients to understand and determine their needs, aligning yourself with their projects and offering product solutions to achieve and deliver the best results.
- Understanding the commercial value of projects and preparing quote offers in conjunction with the mLight Projects Team based on specifications or alternatives presented.
- Monitor and deliver projects to clients confidently and professionally.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience within a sales environment
- Impeccable presentation, good communication skills and a persuasive ability
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Ambitious, passionate, highly motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving skills in managing complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder projects independently from start to finish
- Must have access to a vehicle
- Requires current driver's license
