**Introduction**:
Reporting to the L&D Manager - Leadership & Careers, you will work closely with senior leaders and frontline teams to build leadership capability, facilitate impactful learning experiences, and drive career development initiatives, supporting employees to explore and navigate career pathways within Cater Care.
**Description**:
What You'll Do
Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences, strengthening leadership skills across all levels
Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on career development, internal mobility, and professional growth
Deliver interactive workshops and learning experiences
Partner with senior leaders and P&C teams, aligning learning and career development initiatives with business needs
Measure the impact of leadership and career programs, continuously refining them to enhance effectiveness
Supporting the broader L&D team with effective utilising of LMS
**Skills and Experiences**:
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in learning & leadership development
Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Knowledge of career development frameworks and best practices in leadership growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and projects simultaneously
A proactive and creative mindset, passionate about leadership development
