Franck Muller is the top luxury watch brand in the world synonymous with ingenious creations that represent major technical advances and innovation. As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a highly committed and capable professional to take on the position of **BOUTIQUE ASSOCIATE**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both before and after sales service to enhance customers' experience
- Provide sales support to the team
- Assist the Boutique Manager and/or Assistant Boutique Manager by providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the boutique
- Build and develop customer base and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Keep customers informed on all promotion/marketing events
- Responsible for daily housekeeping and window display
- Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
- Maintain and take good care of merchandise

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the retail/service industry, preferably in luxury retailing
- Fresh graduates with fervor for high end retailing are welcomed to apply
- Fluency in English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin speaking customers)
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays & retail working hours
- Possess great customer service attitude with a pleasant personality
- Highly sales driven
- Preferred to start work immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Luxury retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
