About the Role

As a Sales & Experience Consultant, you'll have an incredible opportunity to work closely with our boutique team and gain exposure to all areas of our business. From retail sales and wholesale to customer experience and events. You'll be an integral part of our passionate team, making a significant impact and having input that truly matters.

Responsibility to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique, delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, while aiming to ensure the sales budgets are achieved. The Sales Associate will support in seeking new clients and increase the customer database, through networking and boutique events. In addition to these responsibilities, the Sales Associate must exude a passion for Oris Watches and be always a true brand ambassador.

  • You will display the highest level of customer experience to all clientele that visit the boutique, showcase and sell Oris timepieces and accessories.
  • Handle After-Sales requests and be involved in all general aspect and handling of the day-to-day operations.
  • You are a team player, and you enjoy working with others and display great interpersonal skills.
  • You are a passionate Sales Associate that cares about the customer experience and creating a great brand journey.
Key attributes for the role
  • Accustomed to working towards sales targets and KPI's.
  • Are passionate about building strong client relationships and growing customer rapport.
  • Highly organized and efficient with great time management skills.
  • Present themselves with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Help develop our client database through strong sales.
  • Daily performed security stock counts.
  • Daily merchandising, including setup, stock rotation, new display concepts.
  • Willing to work shifts as per Boutique Roster, weekends and the occasional late night.
  • Must be available to work most weekends as part of regular roster requirements.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated retail sales experience (luxury industry strongly preferred)
  • Minimum 1 years' experience to demonstrate proven track record in sales (Preferably in high-end luxury retail)
  • A strong communicator and a proactive person, willing to support the whole team to move the store forward and to help develop our brand further in Australia.
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
  • Relationship management experience highly desirable
  • Visual Merchandising experience highly regarded
