Your Impact

As a teacher at Double Bay you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.

About Goodstart Double Bay

Goodstart Double Bay is an architecturally designed, purpose-built centre, located in a residential area, close to shops, schools and community services.

We have places for 123 children, offering early learning with long day hours for children aged six weeks to five years, including a tailored Preschool program to get children ready for school and life.

Three individual learning hubs enable children to break into their developmental stages to enhance interaction with each other, and facilitate dedicated care by qualified early childhood teachers and educators.

Children at the centre have access to stimulating early childhood learning experiences and curriculum developed and delivered by experienced teachers. Programs are designed to foster each child's individual needs and interests, in line with the Early Years' Learning Framework.

**Requirements**:
Approved bachelor degree in early childhood education or ACECQA approved equivalent
NESA Accreditation
Valid Working With Children Check
First Aid qualification
