We are hiring Due to the continued expansion of our music schools in Rouse Hill (2155) and Castle Hill (2154), we are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and talented piano, guitar, trumpet and drum teachers to start immediately We currently have over 1,300 students attending lessons across our two schools every week and we are being contacted by new students every day.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering high quality, individual music lessons to our students.
- Working with students to develop their technique, musicality, performance skills and confidence.
- Working with some of our students to prepare for AMEB and Rockschool examinations.
- Inspiring and enthusing students with a lifelong love of music.

Essential
- For piano and trumpet we require minimum Grade 8 AMEB (or equivalent examining body), CMUS or AMUS welcomed.
- Guitar teachers will require a good knowledge of theory, modes and scales. Formal qualifications not essential.
- Strong ability to teach and engage students in a positive, fun-loving manner
- Clear and confident communicator
- Enjoy working with music students of all ages, backgrounds and ability
- Ability to commute / travel to Castle Hill and/or Rouse Hill
- Attention to detail
- Available for work between 3pm-8pm weeknights with potential for some weekend working to work within our school of music.
- Clear understanding of Duty of Care

Teachers must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week during school terms. These can be based around your availability, however must be the same shifts each week. We are open Monday - Thursday 2.30-8pm, Friday 2.30-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

Teachers may work as a contractor if you have an ABN or as an employee.

COVID-19 considerations:
Enhanced cleaning and additional sanitizing of shared surfaces undertaken, teachers and students over the age of 12yrs to wear masks, remote teaching options available if student or teacher unwell or isolating.
