**Our Next Project Coordinator**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Oceania Operations Team. This role will be responsible for providing project support to Operations staff, including reporting project data for Project Managers across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role is part of the Operations Business Unit and has associated Operations metrics. This is a part-time role (>24 hours per week) open to our Perth or Brisbane office.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Create project records via Okane's ERP Software (Deltek VantagePoint) including set up of baseline data and maintenance throughout project lifecycle.
- Support Project Managers with tracking and updating project plans.
- Review project data with the Project Manager to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement to support on time and on budget project execution.
- Assist with specific project requirements such as the development of meeting minutes.
- Format Technical Reports, Memos, and other project documents assigned.
- Perform document control through the proper filing of documents utilizing client or internal software.
- Coordinate and secure travel bookings and complete other administrative tasks as required.
