We have served our community through our Op Shop in Tanilba Bay since 2009, in Cardiff since 2019, Warners Bay in 2021 and looking towards serving more communities in the near future.As a charity we have an honest, respectful and hardworking team of volunteers and employees who work together to turn the generous donations of our community into life giving opportunities for people locally, globally and eternally, while helping our environment.
We are a friendly, passionate and diverse bunch who love the exciting adventures and opportunities of a growing charity that is creating real social change.Our five-year Mission is to see 1,000 local lives changed by 4 April 2027 through the generosity of our donors; the support of our customers, church and community; the hard work of our staff and many miracles from heaven.

**About you**:
You may have recent retail experience, or maybe not. While relevant industry
experience and tertiary qualifications in Retail, Training, Sales, Business, Marketing or related fields will be highly regarded, we are open to applicants with pertinent transferable skills and encourage you to apply.
What is essential is your proven dynamic leadership abilities with a heart to see your team reach their potential and provide extraordinary customer service to our community.If you have experience leading volunteers, Work for the Dole, Community Service participants, or similar, this will be highly regarded.You are:

- Willing to undertake a Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Willing to work in an overtly Christian organization
- Have strong alignment with the values of Church 4 Life Charities

**About the job**:
excellence. You will onboard and train new team members, bring consistency across our shops, introduce new products and managing product levels, improve processes, sales and community engagement.
As we grow you will be responsible for setting up future new op shops.
This role is permanent full time based from our Warners Bay office and will require you to travel to our op shop in Tanilba Bay and other areas as needed.
You will be required to work on weekends occasionally.With this role comes the offer of a generous charity salary sacrifice package.

**What you will do in this job**:

- Provide effective leadership to create, train and motivate teams of dedicated
staff and volunteers across all our stores
- Create a culture of extraordinary customer service
- Increase local community engagement with each shop
- Increase our product lines through sourcing corporate donations, new
suppliers and smart purchasing
- Meet financial and organisational KPI's
- Be responsible for implementation of company policies including WHS
- Work in partnership with other Team Leaders to see our Mission succeed
