about the Role
As the Administrative Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Monitor Study Tours/ Virtual Programs and Offshore Projects inboxes
- Content Manager
- Ordering of merchandise / stocktakes
- Update leave register and calendars
- Agent agreements
- Stationery orders
- Corporate credit card reconciliation
- Cab Charge
- Compilation of various reports
- Annual Training Events
- Archiving
- Project assistance
- Other administrative tasks
