4 days on, 4 days off shifts - 5 weeks of annual leave (190 hours)

As an Automotive Technician at TCR, you will:
Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.
Report daily to the Shift Supervisor but will ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager.
Conduct preventive servicing, data collection, repair, and maintenance tasks that meet trade standards.
Promote a safety-first approach.
Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
Work with a variety of equipment, including aviation-specific ground support equipment.
Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave (190 hours) plus 2 additional 'Health and Happiness' leave days. Uniforms are provided and laundered, with a competitive salary and excellent mentorship opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification.
Your own tools.
Experience or exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding is highly regarded.
A current and valid Driver's License.
A strong focus on safety standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Experience working within procedural guidelines.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Note:
Pre-employment police and medical checks are mandatory for this position.
