OverviewThe Procare Group are seeking resourceful and dedicated physical Surveillance Operatives for insurance and corporate matters in Darwin.
A varied portfolio of work is on offer including field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/subject location and enquiries, government, general insurance and corporate matters.
We are also interested in hearing from dual licensed investigators who can work in other states.About YouYou are a skilled Surveillance Operative with insurance experience across Workers Compensation and CTP portfolios.
You have a demonstrated willingness to communicate effectively and regularly to achieve the desired outcomes of each investigation.You Must HaveAppropriate surveillance equipmentPhysical surveillance experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTPPhotographic and video skillsA licenced vehicleCurrent investigator's licenceAn ABN (if contracting)Ability to submit the findings of your investigation through various mediums and technological platformsStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solvingHonesty, integrity, self motivated and the ability to work within strict time framesWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly ratesCasual or contracting work optionsA comprehensive induction and thorough training in our case management systemsConsistent volumes of workA dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable team and cultureOpportunities for employmentAbout ProcareThe Procare Group is an ever-growing national business of over 25 years.
