This role involves working with children living at home and subject to ongoing intervention by Child Safety Services or reunification from out-of-home care.The main goal is to support clients of Child Safety Service Centres to exit the child protection system and prevent re-entry, aligning with the Society's mission.This position requires compliance with the Human Services Quality Framework and the Child Protection Act 1999, as well as adherence to the Society's Child Protection Framework.This is a Permanent, Part-Time role (30.4 hours/week, 4 days) based in Underwood, with working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.Applications will be reviewed as received.

To be successful, you will meet the following criteria:Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Behavioral ScienceMinimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in similar programsCurrent Blue Card or willingness to apply for oneProficiency in MS Office programsExperience working with at-risk children, young people, and families under child protection interventionsKnowledge of Intensive Family Preservation and Reunification modelsStrong task management and boundary-setting skillsMotivated, proactive, and creativeTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learnExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to maintain client confidentialityRespect for all individuals regardless of their situationUnderstanding and commitment to the Society's values and policiesReady to apply?
