Responsibilities
Service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a variety of customers.
Conduct service calls within the local area, providing on-site solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Maintain and organize company van and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.
Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Perform other related duties as required to support the team and customer needs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A positive, customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely
