Job Opportunity: Hydraulic Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced hydraulic technician to join our team. As a hydraulic technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems on mobile and fixed equipment.

This is an ongoing casual role that offers growth opportunities within the business. You will receive full product and job training to equip you for success in this field.

The role is based at our Service and Supply Centre in Dubbo with travel to customer sites within the region. You will be responsible for performing field-based hydraulic services, including replacing hoses in breakdown situations and completing new installations on a variety of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on both mobile and fixed equipment.
  • Disassemble and reassemble components to identify and resolve hydraulic system faults.
  • Perform general repairs and maintenance on hydraulic systems.
  • Identify and remanufacture hydraulic hoses and other components.
  • Carry out mechanical installations for a variety of machinery and systems.
Requirements:
  • A professional and proactive approach to work.
  • Relevant industry experience in hydraulics or mechanical maintenance.
  • Trade qualifications (required).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
  • A current LR driver's license (or willingness to obtain).
  • A Forklift License.
  • A White Card (Construction Induction Training).
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
