**THE ROLE**:
Due to an expanding portfolio of awarded contracts, we are currently seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor to join our Structures Team working out of one of our 3 South East Qld offices. You will be primarily responsible for overall supervisory support of the projects in the Concrete Remediation Division including: mentoring, skill development, project planning and coordination of projects through to completion. Ultimately, you will be tasked in the continual development of our site based teams and assisting in the growth of this specialist division of Pensar Infrastructure.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Development of technical skills specific to the concrete remediation and coatings industry for our site based teams
- Assisting our project managers and site engineers from initial site setup to completion
- Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
- Working closely with the team ensuring effective cost control and project efficiency
- Growth of our labour force and subcontractor engagement
- Ongoing project support, reporting and weekly meetings
- Interstate travel for brief periods will be required

**ABOUT YOU**:
Along with experience in a similar role within the construction or civil industry, to be successful in this role you will maintain:

- Certificate IV in relevant construction qualification or trade certificate
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Ability to work alone at times and have motivation to be a crucial part of our team, in ongoing development of this specialist division
- Good understanding of site management and delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, cost control, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, statutory approvals
- The ability to develop, maintain and influence positive working relationships within the business and with our clientele
- An understanding of quality and safety policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, but can also work in a team environment
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Able to manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subbies
