Concrete Remediation Supervisor

At Pensar, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Remediation Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality concrete remediation projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in complex and technical concrete remediation projects, with a strong background in coatings - Epoxy & Poly Urea. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to drive a strong culture, and have a natural ability to lead and mentor the team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing and supervising site-based crews to ensure safe and efficient project delivery;
  • Collaborating with project managers to achieve project time and budget objectives;
  • Ensuring high-quality work and meeting project safety standards;
  • Mentoring and developing staff to improve their skills and knowledge;
