About The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Services team based in Maroochydore. You'll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.
Your role will include
Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination
Delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects
Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
About You
You\'re a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. You'll bring:
Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experience
At least 5 years' experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
MR Licence (desirable, not essential)
Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
Energex accreditations – highly regarded
