Job Overview:
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our e-commerce strategy and drive business growth across multiple platforms. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce plan that aligns with our company's goals.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing and managing our website, user experience, and conversion rates to ensure a seamless shopping journey for our customers. Additionally, you will lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance to boost sales and revenue.
You will oversee merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops to stay ahead in the competitive market. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive business growth
Optimizing website, user experience, and conversion rates
Leading digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance
Overseeing merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops
Analyzing data, reporting on performance, and making data-driven decisions
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with proven results scaling DTC brands. Strong expertise in Shopify or similar platforms is required, along with a solid grasp of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing.
A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-obsessed teams is essential for this role. Passion for motorsports is a plus but not necessary.
