You will also assist with financial reporting, contract administration, and ensuring smooth financial operations.Process and assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee payments and compliance with company policies.Reconcile accounts and financial transactions to maintain accuracy in financial records.Assist in preparing and reviewing invoices, verifying payment details, and following up on outstanding balances.Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, bills, contracts, and expense reports.Support office management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Assist in preparing financial reports, supporting project analysis, and completing ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager or executive team.
About you: Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.1-2 years experience in AP, AR, payroll, or a similar finance role.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Effective time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.Confident working autonomously, taking ownership of responsibilities, and proactively solving problems.Skilled at communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.A collaborative team player with a drive to support business operations.
