Hourly rate:
$35 - $37 per hour
We're seeking an
Accounts Payable Officer
to join a leading organisation in the construction materials sector. This is a fast-paced, full-function AP role where you'll take ownership of your accounts and play a key role in keeping a busy finance team running smoothly.
The Role:
Full end-to-end accounts payable, including 3-way matching to POs and receipting
Processing invoices using SAP with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), KOFAX OCR, and standard Microsoft applications
Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely payments
Supporting a paperless, systemised, semi-automated AP function
Initial 6-month contract, with the potential for permanency (not guaranteed)
What We're Looking For:
Strong accounts payable background with proven full-function capability
Solid experience with 3-way PO matching and receipting
Previous exposure to SAP (VIM), KOFAX OCR, or similar systems highly regarded
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Full-time availability (38 hours per week) at our Silverwater office
