**The Role**

Due to continuous growth, we have introduced a new position, Manager - Decision Support, to join our fabulous Finance team in Epping office. This role will provide decision support and domain expertise in the design, delivery, analysis and interpretation of the financial and management information used to run the Southern Cross Care business, through a business partnering model.

**As Manager - Decision Support, you will: -**
- Provide decision support and domain expertise in the design, delivery, analysis and interpretation of the financial and management information used to run the Southern Cross Care business, through a business partnering model.
- Lead a team of 5 analysts to support our very broad network of aged care, retirement living and home care facilities and teams.
- Be the trusted Business Partner to operational and corporate managers.
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget, 3-year plan and mid-year forecasts.
- Accountable for the preparation and distribution of value-added management reporting.
- Work with operational and corporate teams to identify business and systems process issues and implement improvement actions.
- Build and own the financial models used by the business to support all major business initiatives.
- Strong people skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail and a passion to meet deadlines
- Experience in business process improvement initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL and financial modelling skills
- Degree Qualified plus CA, CPA, MBA or equivalent
- Demonstrated competencies in and an understanding of the Health, Aged Care or Not-for-Profit Sectors is desirable
- Provide evidence of Covid and Flu vaccinations
