**About the Role**:
Join our team as a VINAH Health Dataset Officer at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton working part-time (32 hours per week) or full-time, with fixed-term (12 months) or ongoing positions available.

This role will develop and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the data reported to the Department of Health is complete and accurate. Specifically, this role will involve:

- Development of reference material and delivery of end user education on non-admitted data reporting requirements
- Extraction and submission of non-admitted data for VINAH reporting
- Data remediation activities such as error corrections and auditing
- Travel to other Monash Health sites, as required
- Both working onsite and remotely under a hybrid working remotely model

**About Us**:
The Health Data Integrity & Reporting team is looking to engage those with a passion for promoting awareness of data quality throughout the organisation to integrate with our team who provide regular, timely and accurate reporting of non-admitted activity to the Department of Health.

Specifically, our key responsibilities are data submission, auditing and system testing and training. This team is also responsible for assisting with the development of necessary key underlying business processes to ensure compliance with Department of Health reporting requirements.

To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:

- Ability to complete tasks efficiently with accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with experience in developing reference documentation and effectively presenting information to various audiences and stakeholders
- A willingness to learn with a positive approach to an ever-evolving environment

**Ideally you will also have**:

- Experience and demonstrated skills and knowledge with using a PAS (e.g. iPM or HMS)
- Previous experience reporting data to the Department of Health
