**The Role**

We are looking for a **casual**medical receptionist who aligns with our core values to support our patients on a daily basis. With the support of the onsite senior employees as well as the Virtual Practice Manager you will be an integral part of ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of our busy practice at main reception. Being the face of our company working alongside other receptionists.

Your responsibilities will vary daily, but will include:

- Meeting, greeting and registering patients
- Invoicing & receipting accounts
- Booking & confirming appointments
- Scanning and Faxing
- Supporting our General Practitioners/Nurses
- Liaising with PHI, Medicare, TAC & WorkCover

The shift hours vary based on the operation requirements of the business. Business hours are 8:30am-7:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed public holidays and Weekends.

**About You**
- **STRONG experience in a Medical Practice/ Reception**(preferred but not essential)
- Experience with Best Practice Software (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Works well within a team
- Flexibility to cover on short notice
- You are reliable
- Australian Resident Only & No agencies please._

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $52.24 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
