Our client is a renowned early learning centre committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years. Their approach is based on the Montessori philosophy, emphasizing individualized learning, hands-on experiences, and fostering independence in children. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their holistic development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities based on the Montessori philosophy.
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying their individual needs and providing appropriate support.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
