About the Opportunity:
Work closely with senior leaders to lead the delivery of high-quality services related to the Youth Justice Reform Blueprint and drive integration of youth services.
Oversee service improvement and system reform of the Tasmanian out-of-home care system, and lead the service improvement team to build capacity across the CSYJO portfolio.
Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Pre-employment checks as determined by regulatory bodies.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven management experience at a senior level.
Requirements
As a seasoned leader in strategy and business transformation, you will be responsible for building a strong team culture and driving continuous improvement.
A focus on safety and care of children and young people is essential, with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the role.
