**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
As the Insights and Analytics (I&A) Business Partner, you will be responsible for engaging with the business to understand their pain points, define problem statements and provide solutions that solve business challenges through improved use of our data assets.

You will:

- Promote the value of data and champion a data-driven culture by sharing insights and educating the business regarding our I&A services and product offering to deliver a more personalised stakeholder experience.
- Partner with business units to create meaningful insights that help deliver on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Support and empower teams with insights into business unit datasets to drive successful business decisions through improved use of our data assets.
- Develop and maintain impactful cross-functional connections that promote collaboration and positive working relationships with all stakeholders, including executive leadership groups.
- Drive the identification and creation of impactful cross-business unit connections and partnering opportunities.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
To be successful in this role, you will have a natural ability to build rapport and influence across a wide range of business leaders and other internal stakeholders. You will have a proactive and strategic mind with an ability to operationalise solutions that propel the business forward on the data journey. You will have high integrity and transparency when delivering your work and be known for your problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

Your background will demonstrate:

- Experience in a similar business partnering, technical delivery or analysis role, where building rapport and providing support services for people are a primary focus.
- Experience using data and analytics to draw relevant, actionable insights that inform decision-making and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Knowledge across analytics platforms and data visualisation tools (ideally Tableau), technologies and tools for machine learning, AI, and data engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with GM and executive levels.
- Your ability to analyse, problem solve, interpret and translate business needs and concepts into actionable insights and solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce (would be an advantage).
