The Mining Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Coordinator to be based at our Perth Branch. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, in this role you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in various day to day duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administration of new machine & lease invoice process for WA Mining customers
- Machine stock take
- Negative margin analysis
- Job audits
- P&L analysis
- Debtor escalation machine invoices
- WIP monitoring to ensure timely invoicing
- Month end closing processes
- Approval of Supplier invoices within limits
- Aiding the Commercial Manager with budgeting and forecasting

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related field not essential but desirable
- Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement of existing processes
