**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a leader who will accelerate the growth and impact of our Training and Technical Content team. As the Head of Training and Technical Content, you are going to deliver the best path to scaling Training as a service to our customers, ensuring that they are on-boarded with the right training, and remain up to date with their accreditation. You will oversee the creation of easy to consume and accurate technical content that supports customers in their learning and usage journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute training strategy that maximizes reach and impact of training across our customer base, in a scalable and cost-efficient way.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams including trainers, technical writers, instructional designers, and e-learning specialists
- Establish and maintain our technical documentation ecosystem, including API documentation, implementation guides, and integration playbooks
- Drive innovation in digital learning experiences, including interactive simulations, microlearning, and adaptive learning pathways
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external training partners and content development agencies
- Develop content governance frameworks ensuring consistency across training materials, technical documentation, and e-learning assets
- Create documentation and content strategies that support both instructor-led training and self-paced learning journeys
- Manage global resource allocation across training delivery, documentation projects, and e-learning development

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Minimum 10 years' combined experience across technical training, documentation, and e-learning, with 5+ years leading global teams
- Proven experience managing documentation projects using tools like Confluence,Robohelp Demonstrated success in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and documentation platforms.

**Desirables**:

- Proven history of creating e-learning and documentation solutions
- Experience with documentation-as-code methodologies and tools
