Job Title:
Principal Research Fellow
About the Role:
The Principal Research Fellow is a senior position responsible for ensuring the Centre builds, synthesises and translates evidence about what works to improve employment opportunities for people with disability.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement and monitor work plans to deliver the Centre's 'what works' evidence pillar
Lead key outcomes related to identifying and synthesising disability employment related evidence
Design and commission research in disability employment to fill evidence gaps
Collaborate with other staff members to evaluate the impact of evidence strategies and continuously improve their design
In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of reports, provide presentations to stakeholders, mentor and support Centre staff. You will participate in activities that foster and build further on existing links with government, business, communities and professions in Australia and internationally.
Requirements:
Synthesise and translate complex research information into actionable insights
Liaise with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared objectives
Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
