**Role**:
This role is offering flexible two (2) to three (3) days per week with the ability to work additional hours and is a genuine opportunity to make a positive difference to people's lives and your community

Hours of work may be from 7.30am up to 5.30pm.

We are seeking a skilled subcontractor gardener to join our team and provide effective and efficient gardening and home maintenance services to our clients in Forrestfield, Maida Vale, Bayswater and Dianella.

The job entails travelling from one client residence to another throughout the day performing activities such as lawn mowing, lawn edging, weeding, hedge trimming and general gardening duties according to a client plan.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The role will suit an enthusiastic team player with the following skills and experience:
**Essential**:

- Valid manual drivers licence
- Your own equipment and insurance
- An ABN and proficiency in generating invoices using IT
- Ability to obtain a police clearance prior to commencement.
- Ability to work 2-3 days a week

**Competency**:

- Experience working with the elderly
- Ability to work with people with differing needs from diverse backgrounds.
- Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skills in garden maintenance.
- A commitment to completing on the job training within stated timelines
- Reliability and punctuality
