**Description**:
We have a unique opportunity for a full-time Trainee to join our growing team in Hobart to learn about all aspects of our business with a view to building a long-term career at Access Hardware Group.

The initial part of our Traineeship program runs across a six-month period and you will have the opportunity to work in operations, trade sales, and project sales; will spend significant 1-1 time with the General/Head of Manager; and will receive comprehensive product and systems training. At the end of the six months, you, together with the General/Head of Manager, will determine the most suitable part of the business for your long-term career.
