We\'re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Cadet / Trainee to join our team and launch their career in the automotive industry.

The Position

As a Sales Cadet, you\'ll receive full on-the-job training and mentoring to learn every stage of the new car sales process. In time, you\'ll confidently guide customers through their car-buying journey by:

  • Building genuine customer relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Showcasing the Mazda range through product knowledge, demonstrations, and test-drives.
  • Following up leads and maximising sales opportunities (showroom, phone, and online).
  • Working closely with finance and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth process.
  • Achieving sales targets while creating memorable customer experiences.
What We\'re Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • Ready to kick start a career in sales or make a career change.
  • Motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Confident connecting with customers and building relationships.
  • Professional, well-presented, and customer focused.
  • Eager to learn about vehicles, customer needs, and lifestyle solutions.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and communication tools.
  • Available to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • Holder of a current driver\'s licence.
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
