**About the Company**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a receptionist / administrator to join our new head office located in Huntingwood. This role will provide support for the site and would ideally suit someone who has finished year 12 and is looking to learn and develop in their career. As this is an entry level position (junior position); applicable award pay rates apply.

It is expected that the successful person will complete a Certificate III traineeship in the role.

**Key Tasks**:

- Meeting and greeting visitors / answering telephones
- Coordination of office facilities inclusive of purchasing office consumables
- Assisting with site functions
- Management of mail and couriers
- Attending TAFE and other relevant training
- Other general office duties and secretarial support tasks as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Completion of year 12
- Experience in a similar role (is desirable)
- Ability to work to deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have a common sense approach and own transport.
