Start a Business Trainee within a busy Government Department, you will be providing a broad range of Payroll Support support services The Payroll Support Officer will support the Payroll team with day-to-day activities. This provides an opportunity to diversify our workforce and create employment pathways within our branch.

We are on the lookout for driven, committed, highly reliable and talented people who are wanting to gain practical experience whilst receiving extensive training in a business environment.

**About the Role**
- Creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Performing computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining databases and registers
- Supporting payroll in day-to-day activities
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III or in Business
- Providing customer service to your team members and management

**About You**
- Highly reliable and punctual at all times
- Mature minded, well-presented with good communication skills
- Demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to a 12 month traineeship
- A great team worker with good organisation skills
- Effective time management and strong communication skills
- Some administration experience will be highly regarded
