**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer/Associate (2-5 years' PQE) to join our highly respected Banking & Finance team working alongside Partner Ilan Kraus. Part of our wider Commercial group, this team works with a diverse client base including institutional and private financiers, banks, onshore and offshore real estate developers, commercial borrowers and family offices. This role will have a particular focus on property financing and investment, and structuring both debt and equity transactions.

**About you**

You will currently be working as a Lawyer/Associate in a Banking & Finance team and be looking to join a team where you can accelerate your career and develop your own practice. Furthermore, you will have experience in property finance and be a strong team-player.
