BWS Facility Services is looking for a commercial cleaning all-rounder that wants to take their career to another level.

We are constantly growing the business and we are looking for our next Supervisor to conduct site visits and liaise with our clients, manage team standards, working along side the team is a must. As we are growing, we require our new supervisor to have experience in quoting and business development.

Experience required but not limited to:
Cleaning of Supermarkets, Offices, Gyms, Aged Care

Strip and Seal/Cutback/Recoat

Pressure Wash and Carpet Cleaning

Hi Cleans

Business Development - Obtaining new sites, Selling our Consumable Products to new and existing customers.

Phone, Car and Laptop Provided with a flexible working arrangement.

Salary Based on Experience along with a generous commission on new sites and consumables sold.

**Salary**: From $60,540.65 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Commercial cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
