Our client is, in our opinion, the employer of choice for professional, experienced Site Supervisors looking to get ahead that have the right attitude to seize the opportunity to develop their career further. The company is focused in their service provision with a strong emphasis on people development. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to look after the cleaning and some minor hard services our client offers to one of their key customers. This is an on site role, located on the South West Side of Brisbane. They provide specialty cleaning and various property services.

Ideally, we are looking for a leader that can manage a team to successful outcomes, in line with their customer's stringent service requirements. You can be a site supervisor now, or ready to step up out of any industry that provides services such as Facilities Management, especially cleaning and similar services.

What is important is that you have the people leadership experience to lead and mentor a large team of 20 to 30 staff and can create and maintain a "can do" positive culture. A not negotiable is excellent people skills - we would like someone motivational rather than dictatorial. Do you have the human touch?

Another key requirement of the role is reporting to the client and back to an Operations Manager at

Head Office on a routine basis. As such, we are looking for excellent communicators, both written and verbal communication skills must be excellent.

A strong customer service focus on "the customer comes first" will see you excell in this role.
